Provide support to the EHS department, including but not limited to: training programs, regulatory efforts, auditing, emergency response, hazard communication, EHS program reviews and development such as Confined Space assessments, Lock-Out Tag-Out, Fall Protection, waste reduction stratigies, and environemtal management.



  • Colledge student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in Safety, Health or Environmental discipline.


  • Sophmore or Junior level students.                   

Special Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to wear personal protective  equipment, including full face respirators.
  • Comfortable working around chemicals and machinery.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3).


 Working Conditions:     

  • Range from normal office conditions to potential exposure to extremely hazardous substances. 

 Mental/Visual Demand:

  • During ERT incidents, requires ability to work under high stress levels.
