Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Customer Program Manager will:

-Provide round the clock communication and support to Customers

-Exceptional ability to interface and manage Customers

-Ability to understand and analyze complex technical program and break down the problem into smaller, manageable tasks. Apply both risk and resource management best practices to maximize chance of program success

-Ability to get into the details and drive execution

-Interpersonal skills to deal with geographically dispersed teams and coordinate cross division activities -- OED, LE and EW

-Prepare reports and presentations for both II-VI management and customers

Skills and Qualifications:

-Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Eng or equivalent

-Prefer 4+ years working experience in the semiconductor industry

-Ability and desire to work as part of team

-Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
