Process development and sustaining engineering for InP wafer processes for existing and new products.

Main responsibility includes developing and sustaining lithography processes for multiple products and cross multiple technology platforms.

Strong collaborative and communications skills are required in order to interact with the Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, and Failure Analysis and other cross-functional project teams. The engineer is expected to lead the process module, to develop and/or maintain process documentation and statistical process control (SPC) charts appropriate to a manufacturing Fab. The engineer is also expected to implement SPC rules on the floor, maintain yields and improve yields to targets.


- PhD, MS, or BS, in E.E. ChE, M.E or related fields; or equivalent experience.

- 5 or more years experience in characterization and processing of compound semiconductor materials.

- Experience with device fabrication especially in photo lithography module is preferred.

- Experience with SPC rules, control charts, and other aspects of manufacturing/operations are required.
